The Strategy Consultant 1 position completes research and analysis, constructs quantitative models, and designs / builds components of deliverables in support of management reporting, channel analysis, performance improvement opportunities. ACCOUNTABILITIES Contribute to defining, and execute analytical methodologies required to define and decision business ideas Contribute to defining, execute and lead reporting on project plan milestones and deliverables Own development of project deliverables as defined by project lead. Lead creation of slides, model components, analytical frameworks. Architect and populate complex multivariant reports and models that enable business / idea prototyping Complete research and analysis to support projects Draft communications including white papers, meeting notes, project updates Present portions of deliverables / materials to mid-level and sr. managers. Develop internal (WFCC, WFC) relationships required to gather data and sell ideas Locations and salary ranges: Area 2 (Charlotte, NC, Shoreview, MN, or ) Salary Range: Threshold: $60,400, Market Rate: $85,000, Maximum: $109,700 Area 3 (Columbia, SC) Salary Range: Threshold: $55,500, Market Rate: $78,200, Maximum: $100,900 Salary is based on your location and experience. No telecommute option, position is located in city/state posted. Basic Qualifications 2+ years experience in strategic planning or related field or a Masters degree in a related field. Minimum Qualifications 2 + yrs experience in strategic planning or relevant experience or a Masters degree. Large and complex project management experience. Working knowledge of bank products and contact center operations. Comfort in fast paced and ambiguous environment, and an ability to bring order to ambiguous situations. Quantitative modeling (business, operational, governance, economics) experience including creation of fully automated models (need macro writing capabilities). Advanced computer skills MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), SQL and OLAP tools. Proven interviewing, presenting, and large group facilitation experience. Proficient ability presenting to all levels of management and advanced skills in PowerPoint. Ability to create sections of deliverables with direction. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills. Process mapping and design experience. Demonstrated attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn/master/apply. Prior management consulting experience preferred. Preferred Skills 4 yr. degree in Business, Economics or Math / Statistics Business consulting experience a plus. Experience with Contact Center technologies and business processes a plus. Experience with mergers/integration.
