["•\tProvide leadership for the implementation and training of new functionality and improved processes in the Technolutions Slate system and other related systems.\r\n•\tCoordinate with leadership and campus partners to gather business requirements, assess current functionality and processes, and suggest system enhancements in support of office and university goals and initiatives.\r\n•\tEnsure accessibility and security within systems. \r\n•\tBuild customized dashboards and analytical reports for admissions staff and campus partners.\r\n•\tContinue development of technical skills, in particular SQL which is fundamental to fully utilize Slate functionality.", "•\tSupport admissions staff and campus partners by maintaining day-to-day functionality within Slate including monitoring the user experience for prospective students and staff, support of event management, admission application support, query and report development, communications support, workflow maintenance, data uploads into Slate and data integrations with campus systems.\r\n•\tMaintain an ongoing relationship with the managers of the other Slate instances to ensure consistency across instances for admissions staff. In addition, represent the department in meetings with other key stakeholders.\r\n\r\n•\tMaintain a basic understanding of the layers of technology and points of integration between systems. Be able to evaluate and respond to customer enhancement requests, infrastructure upgrades, and reported problems.\r\n•\tLead/Assist in any future instance unification or data integration project across Slate instances and campus systems.\r\n•\tTroubleshoot Slate-related issues and communicating with appropriate staff as needed.\r\n•\tApply appropriate triage skills to problem solve, take appropriate action, and maintain system functionality across the campus.\r\n•\tProvide leadership to design, develop, and test the implementation and training of new functionality and improved processes in the Technolutions Slate system and other related systems across campus. Specifically, understand business practices and user interface to propose new enhancements determining how it may be best utilized with the admissions office and enrollment management.\r\n•\tOversee permissions within the Slate instances or related systems and audit user action.\r\n•\tMaintain data integrity and quality and ensuring accuracy of student records.\r\n•\tLiaison for Vendor Support \r\n•\tSubmit service desk requests with Technolutions and serving as one of the technical leads for the vender.\r\n•\tTrain admissions staff and campus partners on Slate and other related systems functionality and features.\r\n•\tComplete all necessary documentation for tasks performed and future enhancements. In addition, maintain and monitor current documentation and agreements between enrollment management offices and campus partners.\r\n•\tAttend professional development opportunities.\r\n•\tAttend large scale admissions events, an occasional weekend and weeknight required.", "•\tDevelop data models and reports which support the needs of admissions staff and campus partners."]
