Administrative Assistant, Corporate and Foundation Relations

The Administrative Assistant supports the work of the Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations staff who engage external prospects and partners in the local and national corporate and foundation fields. The incumbent must have extensive office management and project management experience, as well as a command of MS Office tools and programs, and experience working in support of a large, complex organization. The incumbent also must have highly developed professional and interpersonal skills appropriate to a public office environment, the ability to learn new skills quickly, and the ability to appropriately handle confidential information and customer service issues. The incumbent will support the Corporate and Foundation Relations advancement team in achieving their fundraising goals. Work is mostly independent with unusual situations referred to others.
