  • Data collection and visualization to help inform decision making regarding program viability and potential growth 
  • Provide reporting support in analyzing recruitment and admissions strategies

  • Work in collaboration with GSE’s administration to develop enrollment goals and credit hour targets to achieve GSE’s tuition revenue target 
  • Use of curriculum maps, planned program admissions and student enrollment to evaluate gaps, challenges and opportunities

  • Collect data through a variety of means 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of survey methodologies 
  • Provide strategic operational and programmatic recommendations to GSE
  • Comprehensive understanding of research data collection and reporting
  • Present data in user-specific manner based on project and goal needs

  • Monitor accreditation agencies’ policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with appropriate GSE personnel to complete accreditation reporting 
  • Proactively work with GSE stakeholders to prepare data for various accrediting body needs
  • Maintain calendar of due dates and internal deadlines to meet external completion dates

  • Collaborate with GSE leadership, department chairs, and program directors in assessing student retention and identifying actionable insights to reduce attrition.
  • Develop the capacity to track and report on student outcomes (e.g. degree completion rates, graduation statistics, employment rates in field of study) 
  • Create and maintain a GSE alumni database

  • Provide data related to all facets of academic programming and develop strategies relative to data to ensure programs operate in an efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Use this data to understand and share trends to assist GSE administration with policy and budget formulation
  • Produce comparative data to assist department chairs and staff with course scheduling 
  • Act as a liaison between the Office of Institutional Analysis (OIA) and the Graduate School of Education for data requests, census data, Tableau dashboards, and other data visualizations. Work with OIA on common, national data requests.
